Join us as we awaken a little mermaid who longs to be human, a lion cub who struggles to find his place in the circle of life, and two sisters who wish to warm a frozen relationship. The stories of The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Frozen, Aladdin and more, are told through the talents of four Broadway-caliber singers, original Disney film footage and sweeping orchestral scores performed by Western Piedmont Symphony and conducted by Maestro Matthew Troy.  The magic of Disney storytelling comes to life once again and reminds us anew that anything is possible, “…if you keep on believing, the dream that you wish will come true.”

Join on September 1 & 2 in Churchill Square for a FREE Disney concert featuring the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra and vocalists. Disney in Concert A Dream is a Wish will feature music from beloved Disney animated feature films, including The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Frozen, and more!

Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure a good spot and enjoy the festivities, which will include eight local food trucks. The performance will begin at 7 PM and last approximately two hours, including an intermission. Each performance will be capped off with a spectacular fireworks display – transporting everyone to the Magic Kingdom for a memorable evening.

There will be washrooms and security on site. Seating is general admission, and attendees can bring chairs, cushions, or blankets. Bring your water bottle! EPCOR’s Glass of the Sask water tank will be on-site to provide free water.
